Monday to Saturday
Evening hire of St George’s Bloomsbury includes one afternoon rehearsal on the day, an event
steward, use of the piano & organ (by arrangement) and the Vestry House as a performer’s
dressing room and/or space to serve refreshments.
Public performances or private events: From £390 per evening.
Additional rehearsals prior to the day of the performance: £75 per rehearsal
NB. Further charges apply for the use of the Upper Vestry Hall kitchen, additional staffing,
piano tuning, and any additional cleaning that has to be undertaken for your event. Please see
below.

Daytime - 10.00 - 18.00: £130 per day (£125 for block bookings of 5 days or more)
Evenings: £175 - (concessionary rate £80 for qualifying groups - please call us to discuss)
Saturday:
Daytime: £225
Evening: £190
(concessionary rate £175 for qualifying groups)
Upper Vestry Hall Kitchen: £25 per day/ £40 per week
Includes use of 80 wine glasses for the provision of refreshments. Please note that we cannot
supply crockery or cutlery.
NB. Further charges may apply for any additional cleaning that has to be undertaken for your
event. Please see below.
Upper meeting room: £60 per day, £30 half day
Lower Vestry Hall (limited availability)
Monday to Friday
Daytime - 10.00 - 18.00: £95 per day (£50 half day rate)
Evenings £50 (concessionary rate £40)
Lower meeting room: £70 per day, £35 half-day
Undercroft exhibition space: £75 per day/evening
Parking: £30 per day/vehicle
Piano tuning: £55 per tune
Additional staffing: £50 per additional event steward supplied by St George’s
Additional professional cleaning: Charged at commercial rates
Breakages: All breakages of equipment must be paid by the hirer

We will be very happy to show you around and answer any questions. As all staff work part time
however, viewings must be arranged by appointment.
