Location
St George’s Bloomsbury is located on Bloomsbury Way next door to the Bloomsbury Thistle Hotel.
(WC1A 2HR), two minutes walk from the British Museum. Access to the Upper and Lower Vestry House is from Little Russell Street (at the rear of the Church).

Opening times
Both St George’s Bloomsbury and our new multimedia
exhibition, Hawksmoor & Bloomsbury are currently open to
visitors at the following times:
Monday – Friday: 11.00-16.00 (N.B Services at 1.10pm on Wednesday and Friday)
Saturday: 11.30 – 17.00
Sunday: 10.30 am service until about 17.00

Tours and visiting
Guided tours and educational visits can be arranged by
appointment.

Transport
Underground: Our nearest tube stations are Tottenham Court
Road (Central and Northern Lines), Holborn (Piccadilly Line)
and Russell Square (Piccadilly Line).
Buses: The following buses (eastbound) stop directly outside
the church: 1, 8, 19, 25, 38, 55, 98, 242.
